During the last five months, we have been collaborating intensely with Design Museum Denmark and Det Kongelige Akademi on a project to explore and share our Futures Design methodology.
We are excited for the opportunity to be featured in such an iconic institution within the Danish Design tradition; and it has been a really inspiring journey to explore the futures that passionate young designers want to create.
What does the home workplace look like in 2030?
Can 'digital nature' create a better environment for our mental health during future lockdowns?
How can museums become more inclusive and diverse spaces in the future?
You can find out more about these questions in Design Museum Denmark's upcoming digital exhibition "SHARING FUTURES”. In the project, five graduating students from Visual Communication at the Royal Danish Academy -with guidance and sparring from our Bespoke team- have worked with our Futures Design methodology as a roadmap to explore some of the most relevant challenges and opportunities of the future.
In SHARING FUTURES you will be able to follow their process, from research and signal scanning to their first initial ideas to finished speculative concepts, and become wiser about how designers can actively work with the future.
The digital exhibition can be experienced on the museum's website from June 2021.
The project is supported by the @Statens Kunstfond
