Ledelse af Unge (Leading Young People) is a magazine that unfolds 6 themes impacting the way future generations approach their work life, careers, and not least their leaders within public institutions (municipalities and regions) in Denmark.
The future is calling for close leadership and strong relations and with this magazine we want to provide a platform for having the dialogues necessary to get there.
The magazine is published by Væksthus for Ledelse and is done in close collaboration with KL, Komponent – Kommunernes Udviklingscenter, Danske Regioner and Akademikerne.
Bespoke has contributed with horizon scanning, interviews with young employees, editing and design.
